Katrina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (PhD, LMFT)

Katrina is a caring therapist specializing in trauma and anxiety. She has 17 years of experience helping people realize their best selves. Her philosophy is simple: Now is the time to change your mind

Your journey to healing depends on two things: a relationship built on trust and guidance to help you find your purpose. Focusing on both mind and body, Katrina facilitates whole change by helping you unlock those things from the past that block healing. When you learn to change your mind about who you are and begin to see the truth, healing begins.

Vanessa Hurtado is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), fluent in Spanish and English

I specialize in working with children. I have training in several therapeutic approaches and identify as an eclectic therapist, drawing from many modalities to create a personalized experience that is suited to your child and family's needs. You can expect the incorporation of psychoanalytic, humanistic, cognitive behavioral, expressive art therapies, and more. Additionally, I like to incorporate the parents/guardians into the treatment and see it to be vital to the child's therapeutic progress. Through therapy, your child will be better able to identify and communicate their feelings, be equipped with scientifically backed coping skills, and improve emotional/behavioral regulation, and the parents will have the tools and knowledge to help their child in the process as well as in their future. Do you wonder how you can help your child? Do you feel as though your child could benefit from additional support? In general, if your child is dealing with extreme emotions like sadness, anger, stress and worry, low self-esteem, or grief, a mental health professional can help. You do not have to figure this out on your own. We are here to help.

Vanessa sees children ages 0-12 in the Riverside Office and through Telehealth.
